An artist who worked for Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, and who accused them of assault, recounted an incident that occurred years ago in the disgraced financier’s office, allegedly in the presence of President Donald Trump.

Maria Farmer, who filed the first criminal complaint against Epstein with law enforcement, appeared on CNN’s Erin Burnett Outfront on Monday, where she described the incident to the host.

Maria Farmer recalled a meeting with the financier in 1995, when she was invited to his Manhattan office in the evening. Upon arrival, she saw a “tall, imposing” man already there, whom she recognized as Trump.

“He came within a few feet of me and stood over me in a very imposing manner,” Maria Farmer said. “He looked at me as if he knew something.” It was really weird, like he was smiling. And I felt threatened.”

She then described how she looked at him with a frown, and Trump backed away.

Then I remembered Epstein saying to Trump, “Oh no, she’s not here for you. Follow me.” I immediately wondered: Was there someone in that other room?

As Trump walked toward the other room, I heard him whisper, “Oh, I thought she was 16.”

Farmer said, “I thought that was rude. Regardless of my age, that was rude.”

President Donald Trump has vehemently denied any involvement in the Epstein files, while refusing to release them.

He told NBC News, “That’s what they call ‘old news.’ It was old news.” It’s been talked about for years. Even Epstein’s lawyer said I had nothing to do with it—that’s old news.”

White House communications director Stephen Cheung told CNN: “The president never went to Epstein’s office. In fact, he kicked him out of his club for being so weird.”

Commenting on Trump’s denial, Farmer said: “He’s lying. They don’t respect the fact that I gave my entire life to this case, just so it could be investigated. I feel so sorry for him because he got caught… but he’s lying, and I don’t appreciate it.”

She added: “He was in the office, it was 9 p.m., and I thought it was inappropriate. But they were close friends at the time.”
