Emails recently released by the House Oversight Committee indicate that Jeffrey Epstein’s travel was deliberately coordinated with that of President Donald Trump during his first term. This disturbing revelation raises new questions about the nature of their relationship.

Larry Wysosky, Epstein’s personal pilot for many years, sent several emails in 2017 suggesting that Epstein’s trips were planned to avoid or coincide with Trump’s. On March 5, just over a month after Trump took office, Wysosky wrote to Epstein:

“Jeffrey, the TSA called. They told me they’re closing security at 3 p.m. and asked if we could leave at 2:30 p.m. Is 2:30 p.m. okay for us?” he wrote. “If not, it would be after Trump leaves, between 4 and 5 p.m.”

A month later, Wysewski sent another email regarding this scheduling conflict:

“Trump is scheduled to leave at 4:00 p.m., and no later than 4:30 p.m.,” he warned, adding that his flight might be delayed due to “staffing issues.”

The emails mention “PBI Customs,” referring to Palm Beach International Airport, located just minutes from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence, where he spent much of his presidency. The precise reasons for these overlaps remain unclear, but other details in the documents suggest that Trump and Epstein may have had a personal relationship during his first term. One email indicated that Trump had “spent hours” with one of Epstein’s victims at his home. Another revealed that Epstein had spent Thanksgiving with the president.

Wysewski testified at the trial of Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell, claiming he never witnessed any sexual assault on Epstein’s flights, despite numerous accounts of “sex parties with underage girls” on Epstein’s private jet. Reports indicate that Donald Trump traveled on Epstein’s plane at least seven times in the 1990s, accompanied by other prominent figures, including Prince Andrew.

These recently declassified emails shed crucial light on why the travels of a convicted sex offender coincided with those of the current US president, and what this reveals about the nature of their relationship.
