Epstein Files About 13-Year-Old Trump Accuser Kept Secret

The Justice Department has yet to release dozens of Epstein files detailing allegations about the president from the mid-1980s.

According to a report, the Department of Justice has withheld dozens of files related to the Jeffrey Epstein case—files linked to allegations that Donald Trump sexually assaulted a young girl several decades ago.

These shocking allegations stem from a South Carolina woman who claims she was abused and trafficked by Epstein, and that the disgraced financier took her to New York or New Jersey to introduce her to Trump when she was approximately 13 years old, in 1984.

An FBI report—released in redacted form as part of the Epstein files—revealed that the woman told investigators that Trump forced her to perform a sexual act with him and that she was struck on the side of the head, meaning she was subjected to physical violence.

The Post and Courier reported that, although the Department of Justice has made public 3.5 million files related to the Epstein case, approximately 30 pages of documents—listed in an internal departmental inventory of trial exhibits—have not been disclosed; these documents are specifically linked to the allegations made by the South Carolina woman. The White House was quick to dismiss the allegations leveled against the President, labeling them “totally baseless.”

The FBI interviewed the woman on three occasions regarding her allegations against Trump in 2019, shortly after Epstein’s arrest on suspicion of committing federal sex crimes against minors.

These FBI interviews were not included in the initial batch of files made public in the Epstein case—a fact that sparked accusations of a potential cover-up by the Department of Justice, a maneuver allegedly aimed at shielding the President, now 79, from the public exposure of allegations that could damage his reputation.

The woman also claimed to have been assaulted on multiple occasions by Epstein in the Hilton Head area of South Carolina, as well as by a third man identified by The Post and Courier as businessman Jimmy Atkins.

Although the allegations leveled against Trump remain unproven—and there is no evidence to suggest that Trump and Epstein were friends as early as the 1980s—The Post and Courier was able to corroborate several of the claims the woman made regarding Atkins, who died in 2003 at the age of 69.

These corroborated claims include the specific statement she made to the FBI that Atkins was affiliated with a university in Ohio, her description of his physical appearance, and the identification of his ties to the Hilton Head area during her teenage years.

Nevertheless, the investigation conducted by The Post and Courier failed to substantiate the allegations of assault the woman made against Trump, Epstein, or Atkins. It is worth noting that Trump has long and consistently denied any involvement in the sexual crimes Epstein committed against minors, just as he has denied having any knowledge of those crimes.

In March, the U.S. Department of Justice released a set of three interviews conducted by the FBI with the woman in question between August and October 2019.

The woman claimed that Epstein had taken her to a “very tall building housing immense rooms,” where he allegedly introduced her to Trump when she was approximately 13 years old, in 1984.

She further alleged that Trump ordered everyone present in the room to leave before unzipping his trousers and pushing her head “downward, toward his penis.” During the interview, she recounted that she then fiercely “bit” Trump’s penis with her teeth—a move to which he allegedly reacted by punching her in the side of the head.

According to some reports, the woman’s life subsequently spiraled into crime and drug addiction before she ultimately reached a settlement agreement with Epstein’s estate, according to The Post and Courier.

Caroline Leavitt, the White House Press Secretary, previously told The Daily Beast that these allegations are “totally baseless” and stem from an “unfortunately disturbed woman” with a criminal record.

In a statement, she asserted: “The total lack of foundation for these accusations is further underscored by the obvious fact that Joe Biden’s Department of Justice became aware of them four years ago, yet took no action whatsoever—because it recognized that President Trump had committed absolutely no wrongdoing.”

She added: “As we have reiterated countless times, President Trump was completely exonerated following the unsealing of the Epstein files.”
