Carville Makes Bold Prediction About Trump Resignation
The Ragin’ Cajun sounded off on Trump in a tirade full of strong language and sharp takes.

Veteran Democratic strategist James Carville believes that Donald Trump’s presidency will, in practical terms, come to an end following the midterm elections; he predicts a “Blue Wave” likely to prompt Trump to announce his complete withdrawal from the political stage.
“You’re gonna have a terrible, terrible existence, and it’s an existence that you richly, richly deserve,” Carville said on his Politicon YouTube channelthis week, addressing Trump.
Operating on the premise that the Democrats will achieve a “grand slam”—a scenario that prediction markets deem highly probable for the House of Representatives—Carville expressed his conviction that the Democrats would leverage their majority to launch sweeping investigations into Trump and his children.

Carville predicts that these investigations will ultimately lead to Trump’s resignation, noting that such a move might prove necessary as part of a “deal” struck with Vice President J.D. Vance, who could then grant Trump a presidential pardon.
Should this seemingly far-fetched hypothesis transform into tangible reality, Carville appeared confident in Vance’s willingness to accept such an arrangement.
Painting a portrait of the Vice President, Carville declared: “He is a petty, ambitious, and repulsive individual.” He added: “He would do anything in his power to get into the White House.”

Carville—known for never hesitating to express his sentiments with unvarnished candor—launched a barrage of personal insults at the President.
“I’m gonna tell your fat f—–g a– something,” he said. “You’re getting ready to get the living crap kicked out of you.”
Trump currently holds the lowest approval ratings of his second term, according to a CNN poll released this week. Many—including Carville—expect the midterm elections to allow Democrats to make significant gains in both chambers of Congress.

Carville said, addressing Trump: “I don’t know what to tell you, but it’s over, dude. History and time have caught up with you.”
Carville also noted that a war Trump might launch against Iran risks triggering accusations of war crimes, potentially leading to his indictment by the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
“You’re probably going to cross the line,” Carville said.

Carville is convinced that once Republicans begin losing their own elections, the party, too, will eventually turn against Trump.
“These Republican senators can’t stand you,” he told the president. “It’s going to be apparent to them that you’re a loser, that you’re a losing f—–g bet.”
He added, “You’re a soft man, you’re not a hard man. You’re not going to be able to take it.”
