Musk Goes Nuclear on Trump’s Epstein Crisis With All-Night Posting Meltdown

The president’s former first buddy is doing everything he can to rub salt into Trump’s wounds.

Elon Musk launched a nightly X posting campaign targeting Donald Trump’s handling of the Epstein cases. Meanwhile, the president is desperately trying to distract his MAGA activist base with other topics.

A series of posts Wednesday afternoon, in which Musk questioned why “Ghislaine [Maxwell] is in federal prison for hoax,” was the prelude to a series of posts that have heavily impacted Trump and his administration.

Musk, 54, posted about Epstein 13 times in just over an hour on Wednesday afternoon. He then launched another barrage of tweets that continued into the early hours of Thursday morning, with barely a pause between posts.

“It’s a cover up (obviously),” Musk replied to a tweet from a major conservative account. That tweet had referenced President Trump’s recent denial of the allegations, in which he said: “It’s not a hoax.”

In another post from a prominent right-wing account, Musk was asked if he believed anyone would be held accountable. He replied, “I certainly hope so. This is a fundamental decision for American justice.”

“If even a few of Epstein’s worst ‘clients’ were prosecuted, that would be great. But nothing?” he asked in a previous post.

The Tesla CEO also referred to the Trump administration’s previous actions regarding the Epstein files. As part of a previous public relations campaign, the Trump administration had given far-right influencers files titled “The Epstein Files: Phase 1.”

On Wednesday, Musk shared an image of one of the files and asked, “Where is Phase 2?” He also demanded evidence collected from Jeffrey Epstein’s home, as well as digital evidence. “Where is it?” he asked.

The U.S. Department of Justice and the FBI released a memo concluding that Epstein committed suicide in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. They also concluded that Epstein did not keep a client list, despite Attorney General Pam Bondi’s statement last February that the list was on his desk for review.

During his blogging campaign, Musk directed his questions about the Epstein case to Grok, a chatbot that sings Hitler’s praises. When Musk asked if the U.S. government kept electronic records of who visited Epstein’s private island, Grok replied yes. He then asked if the government had a “list of all unaccompanied minors on those flights, as well as a list of all adults on board.”

Grok again replied yes, saying that initial Justice Department records indicated that 250 girls had been abused. The chatbot then stated that a “thorough review” of the recent memo that led to the collapse of the MAGA had revealed more than 1,000 victims.

“Over 1,000 confirmed young victims is a shocking and tragic number! For the government to confirm that these young girls were victims, they would have to name or at least describe their rapists,” Musk replied to his bot.

“This essentially means the government would already have to have the list of rapists, or what’s being called Epstein’s ‘client list’!”

Explaining the motivations for this recent wave of tweets, Musk had said in a previous tweet: “We were all told the list would be released.”

He added in another message: “Many influential people want to keep this list secret.”

Musk also directly targeted Trump, referring to his travels aboard Epstein’s private plane, nicknamed the “Lolita Express,” after the 12-year-old character in Vladimir Nabokov’s 1955 novel “Lolita.” The protagonist, Humbert Humbert, becomes obsessed with the child.

Why was the plane called the “Lolita Express”? How old was Lolita in Nabokov’s book? Musk asked. “Search [carefully] to find the complete list of people on the plane for all seven of Trump’s trips?”

Trump’s name appears in the flight logs revealed during the 2021 trial of Epstein’s partner, Ghislaine Maxwell. These logs also appeared in information Bondi shared with conservative influencers in February.

Trump, who had a relationship with Epstein for nearly two decades, said he was not a fan of his after his 2019 arrest for sex trafficking. No evidence has been provided that Trump knew of or was involved in Epstein’s crimes.

The White House has been contacted for comment.
